Become Servsafe Certified Today!

In North Carolina, your restaurant or food service establishment can earn certification in servsafe (Safe food handling) to comply with your next health inspection grade when you or one of your full time employees passes the ServSafe® Food Protection Manager exam! Wynton’s World holds regularly scheduled ServSafe® classes throughout the triangle area that meets NC requirements.

No class is ever cancelled except for rare inclement weather. Our instructors have proven teaching methods and we are proud of our student’s high pass rate on the ServSafe exam. In fact, we are so dedicated to giving our students what they pay for that if one of our students does not pass the exam, that student can sit in on a class and retest at no additional charge of any kind!

Servsafe Manager Training & Exam (8 hours)

$150 per person (Includes Class Instruction, Study Materials, Exam & Exam Sheet)

Appropriate for restaurant managers and assistant managers, chefs, dietitians, culinary arts instructors, school food service managers, Family and Consumer Science instructors, and others. Upon successful completion of the exam, participants will receive a certificate from the National Restaurant Association and be registered in their data base. The certificate should be renewed every five years. Materials for the course will be sent to you via email to prepare. These materials do not include the book. For classroom instruction only – $95 per person (Includes Class Instruction & Study Materials).

  • 8:00 am – 4:00 pm Lecture
  • Test/Retest (You have 2 hours to complete the test)

ServSafe Exam Proctoring Only! (2 hours)

$95 per person (Includes Answer Sheet)

Do you only need to have your ServSafe® exam proctored? We are happy to proctor exams with one of our regularly scheduled proctoring sessions or one of our regularly scheduled classes. Must register 7 days prior. Please arrive 15 minutes early to complete registration. You have 2 hours to complete the test.

  • Exam only proctoring during a regularly scheduled class (Arrival time will be communicated via email)
  • Test/Retest (You have 2 hours to complete the test)

Additional Information

  • Answer Sheet (Paper/Electronic) Can be purchased through, Wake Tech Community College book store or You will receive specific instructions when you receive your confirmation email from us.
  • Materials Once you have registered and paid for your class you will receive an email with materials to download. The course materials we send you does not include the ServSafe Manager Book 6th Ed. The materials are designed to be a supplement to prepare you for the class and exam.
  • Scores & Certificates Score’s are available on 7-10 business days after class date. Students are now able to download their scores and certificates from Servsafe’s website.
  • Travel Charge If we travel outside of the triangle area or have to stay over night, there’s an additional charge depending on distance and means of transportation.
  • Se habla Espanol? Ask about our Spanish ServSafe Course!   The course will be taught by our bilingual Instructor. All materials and exam will be provided in the Spanish language. Call us for our upcoming class schedule or to preregister for the next all day course.
