  • Enjoy airport transfer from Havana International Airport to your hotel.

  • Havana City Tour – This morning it’s time to get to know Havana and the Cuban people. Starting with a walking tour of Havana Vieja (Old Havana). We’ll enjoy an introductory salsa class with local teachers in a nearby well know school.

 DAY 3

HAVANA

  • Viñales Day Tour – Surrounded by limestone karsts, this UNESCO World Heritage Site is the origin of some of the finest tobacco in the world. Family-run paladar, with delicious farm-to-table Cuban food served family-style, and breathtaking, panoramic views.

HAVANA

  • Cooking Class –  Visit a Cuban specialty restaurant in the fishing village of Cojimar just east of Havana. Visit to a local herb grower (and their supplier, just 3 blocks from the restaurant) where you can learn about their production process and hand-select herbs to use in food preparation.

TRINIDAD

  • Travel to Trinidad – This morning we’ll depart Havana and continue by taking a drive down the coast to Trinidad, a UNESCO World Heritage site since 1988 and perhaps the best-preserved colonial town on the island. We’ll stay overnight in charming Casa Particulares, private Bed and Breakfast accommodation in local Cuban houses.

TRINIDAD

  • Trinidad City Tour – Get accustomed to the slow pace of island living. The World Heritage site of Trinidad is like no other colonial city in Cuba because it’s so well preserved, and the local residents are extremely friendly and festive.

HAVANA

  • Return to Havana – Upon arrival in Havana, your time is yours to explore the city however you wish, i.e. Necropolis de Colon (Columbus cemetery), hava a coffee at Cuba Libro Cafe, relax at a Cuban bar and listening to some amazing Cuban music.

  • Departure Day. There are no activities planned for today. Return home to the USA or extend your trip.
