Join Chef Mann, in this in-depth course of the basics of pastry and cream. In this hands-on class, you’ll make the base dough for éclairs, cream puffs, profiteroles, and gougeres. We’ll make mini fritters as well as the traditional pastry cream, and foolproof chocolate. You will also begin to explore the ins and outs of tart dough as you make your own fruit tart.
