Cake Decoration II (Flowers & More)
In this continuation class (Cake Decoration PT1 prerequisite), we will cover the following techniques. Vines and leaves, Roses and drop flowers, reverse shell and rope borders, basket weave and practice piping letters. By the end of class you’ll have copied a cake that has already been finished. Each student will take home their decorated cake.

The garden harvest is plentiful, as this hands-on class with chef Wynton creates a beautiful vegetarian feast. Learn to prepare Arancini (Italian risotto balls filled with fresh mozzarella); flavorful Vegetable lasagna with fresh pasta made in class, seasonal salad with refreshing vinaigrette, plus blackberry gelato with pizzelle cookies.. Treat yourselves to an evening out with fabulous fare inspired simply by Naples, a small town in Italy! This hands-on class for couples will prepare a nice Cesar salad, homemade pizza by using various ingredients like fresh mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese; sun dried tomatoes, fresh basil, caramelized onions, and homemade marinara and pesto sauces. We’ll end the night with a pomegranate Lemon panna cotta. Price is per person
Cake Decoration III (Fondant Cake Covering)
Fondant provides a pristine cover for your confectionery creations and a clean canvas to display your other cake decorating skills. In this class, we'll take you step by step through the process of rolling out fondant and covering round and square cakes. You'll also cut out and attach buttons and flowers with our easy fondant applique method. Learn to color and flavor fondant and brighten up your cake designs. Each student will take home their decorated cake.
