In this continuation class (Cake Decoration PT1 prerequisite), we will cover the following techniques. Vines and leaves, Roses and drop flowers, reverse shell and rope borders, basket weave and practice piping letters. By the end of class you’ll have copied a cake that has already been finished. Each student will take home their decorated cake.

This hands-on class for couples will prepare a nice Cesar salad, homemade pizza by using various ingredients like fresh mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese; sun dried tomatoes, fresh basil, caramelized onions, and homemade marinara and pesto sauces. In this class, we'll take you step by step through the process of rolling out fondant and covering round and square cakes. You'll also cut out and attach buttons and flowers with our easy fondant applique method. Learn to color and flavor fondant and brighten up your cake designs. Each student will take home their decorated cake.
