Join chef Wynton as we travel around the world and explore some delicious dishes using pumpkin as our muse. In this hands on class we’ll start in Italy, fresh pumpkin ravioli with a sage cream sauce, travel to Mexico, roasted chicken with a pumpkin seed tomatillo sauce over cilantro rice and finish in France, luscious pumpkin Crème Brule. As a bonus, we’ll make pumpkin popcorn balls to take home.
