A Tour of Korean Cuisine

When you think of Asian food, you probably think of Thai or Chinese first, but there’s a whole other world of noodles, rice and spices that you may be overlooking – Korean cuisine. With this class, you’ll have the opportunity to learn the recipes and techniques to make delicious, traditional Korean dishes at home. Menu: Korean wings; Korean Pancakes with seafood and Spicy Korean Soup with Tofu.

Join us for a class focusing on creating a pretty cake, using a variety of techniques. Knife Skills 101 (SOLD OUT)

Knowing how to skillfully use knives is critical for cooks, yet many people have never mastered proper technique. In this class you’ll learn to safely chop, julienne, chiffonade and slice to perfection-this will save you lots of time in your cooking! You will also learn proper care of your knife, sharpening and honing. You’ll take home everything you cut up! Bring your own chef and paring knife to the class. However we do have knives.

Dim Sum Good Eats!

Sitting down to an assortment of dim sum in a bustling restaurant is the culmination of a weekend stroll through Chinatown. In this class, you will learn to prepare a variety of popular dim sum dishes. You will make from a selection of Shrimp Shao Mai; Fried Pork Pot Stickers; Spring Rolls; Hoisin Meatballs; Pork Steamed Buns. Something for everyone!
